Niva Bupa Health Insurance’s upskilling initiative

Niva Bupa Health Insurance announced the launch of the Niva Bupa Insurance Academy, a learning and development initiative aimed at empowering and upskilling its advisor community across India.

The institution will equip over 1 million advisors with advanced knowledge, customer engagement skills, and digital capabilities to help deepen health insurance awareness.

It will provide a detailed product training module which would help in recommending the right product to the customer based on their requirement and life-stage.
